Consul General Karen Israyelyan's meeting with Honorable Eleni Kounalakis, Lieutenant-Governor of California

On June 4, Dr. Karen Israyelyan, Consul General of Armenia in Los Angeles had a meeting with Honorable Eleni Kounalakis, Lieutenant-Governor of California. Topics like the relations between California and Armenia, Armenian community of California, as well the recent development in Armenia and the region were discussed during the meeting. The parties emphasized the significance of the Framework Agreement between the Republic of Armenia and the State of California, signed in 2019 and stressed that it is important to make sure that all the spheres of cooperation, underlined in the Agreement, in particular the Trade and Services desk of California become reality. The Consul General briefed the Honorable Lieutenant Governor on the recent efforts of the Armenian Government towards the establishment of peace in the region.
