Menifee Street Project and Construction Updates - Week of September 15, 2025
The City of Menifee has street project and construction updates to share with the community:
*COMPLETE* Valley Boulevard and Cherry Hills Boulevard - Enclave by KB Homes Development Project
Enclave by KB Homes Development has completed underground utility work on Valley Boulevard and Cherry Hills Boulevard. All lanes are now open.
Rouse Road near Menifee Road - Heritage Village Development Project
Lennar Homes continues working on street improvements on Rouse Road and Menifee Road. Motorists should expect intermittent traffic delays during construction through October 2025.
Domenigoni Parkway - Banner Park II Development Project
Pulte Homes is continuing to make improvements on Domenigoni Parkway as part of the Banner Park II project, requiring temporary traffic controls and lane closures. Motorists should expect intermittent traffic delays during construction through October 2025.
