Seagis Property Group announced today the acquisition of 400 McGaw Drive located in Edison, New Jersey. The vacant +/-35,000 square foot cross-docked warehouse and distribution facility is situated on 3.1 acres and is located at Exit 10 immediately off the New Jersey Turnpike. The property benefits from a premier position within Raritan Center and its cross-dock configuration and above-standard dock door count make it highly appealing and functional for today's users. Seagis plans to undertake an extensive renovation program to modernize the building and upon completion, Seagis intends to market the property for lease.
