FPSC to Hold Commission Conference and Cost Recovery Clauses Hearing on November 3
The Florida Public Service Commission (FPSC) will hold a Commission Conference on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, to be followed by a Cost Recovery Clauses hearing.
Items scheduled for consideration at the Commission Conference can be found here. Public comment may be taken on any item noticed for public participation. Individuals interested in participating should contact the FPSC's Office of General Counsel at 850-413-6199.

Cost Recovery Clauses hearing to immediately follow
Following the Commission Conference, the FPSC will hold a hearing, in which the Commission will consider cost recovery charges for Florida's investor-owned electric and natural gas utilities.
November 4-6 have been reserved as continuation dates for the hearing, if necessary. The start time for each subsequent day's session will be announced at the conclusion of the preceding day's hearing.
