As we approach the end of the calendar year, we're asking all Vanderbilt employees to take a few minutes to confirm that your personal information in Oracle is accurate. This quick review ensures your W-2 is prepared correctly and delivered without delay.

Your Action Steps

1. Verify Your Legal Name
   Please confirm that your name appears exactly as it does on your Social Security or ITIN documentation. If you notice any discrepancies, please visit the Changes to Recordspage to for step-by-step instructions. You can also email [email protected]with questions.
2. Confirm Your Home Address
   Ensure your current home address is listed correctly. You can update your information directly in Oracle using the edit (pencil) icon.
3. Choose Your W-2 Delivery Method
   Select whether you prefer to receive your W-2 electronically or by mail.

Deadline Reminder:
All updates in Oracle must be completed by Jan. 5, 2026,to be reflected on your W-2.
