Adoption of Revised Chapter 13 Guideline Fees

Following the close of the public comment period on proposed changes to Chapter 13 Guideline Fees, the Court has approved new presumptive fees for consumer and business cases. The modified Chapter 13 Guideline Fees become effective on January 1, 2027.
