United Group Completes €750 Million High Yield Notes Offering

Paul, Weiss advised United Group, a leading telecommunications player in southeastern Europe that is majority-owned by BC Partners, in its issuance of €750 million 6.50% senior secured notes due 2031. Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance the company's existing senior secured notes and repay debt outstanding under its super senior revolving credit facility.
