Agnieszka Stankiewicz and Radomił Charzyński Assume Leadership of Real Estate Practice in Warsaw

WARSAW - 30 October 2025 - In response to Greenberg Traurig's continued growth in Poland and across the CEE region, the firm has reinforced the leadership structure of its Warsaw Real Estate Practice - one of the largest and most recognized real estate teams on the Polish legal market.

Partners (Shareholders) Agnieszka Stankiewicz and Radomił Charzyński have assumed the roles of Co-Heads of the Real Estate Practice. Their appointments reflect both their established market standing and deep expertise across all aspects of real estate law, as well as the evolving needs of the expanding practice.

Recognized as trusted advisors in landmark real estate transactions, Stankiewicz and Charzyński have been instrumental in shaping the success of the practice, which consistently tops legal rankings and handles many of the most significant transactions in Poland as well as European cross-border deals.

Agnieszka Stankiewicz, Partner. Co-Head, Real Estate Practice

Agnieszka focuses her practice on corporate finance matters and real estate transactions. She is experienced assisting foreign and domestic investors in acquisitions, mergers, takeovers, joint ventures, corporate and organizational restructuring, acquisitions and divestments of real estate and real estate holding companies, financing and refinancing of real estate acquisitions and forward purchase and leaseback transactions. In addition, Agnieszka handles all aspects of real estate development projects, the due diligence of companies and assets and the restructuring of their financial indebtedness.

Radomił Charzyński, Partner, Co-Head, Real Estate Practice

Radomił, former Deputy Managing Partner of the Greenberg Traurig Warsaw office, is an expert in real estate law, admitted to the bar in both Poland and Germany, with 25 years of experience in advising developers, funds and banks on structuring, joint venture and development projects, asset acquisitions and property financing. As head of the Warsaw German desk, he advises a significant portfolio of German clients. Radomił has supervised and led some of the most significant transactions on the Polish real estate market in terms of complexity, structure and value. He regularly represents clients on acquisitions and sales of A-class office buildings, logistics portfolios, hotel portfolios and undeveloped properties. Radomił is also experienced in assisting clients in large-scale development and asset management projects.
