NAVY
General Dynamics Mission Systems Inc., Manassas, Virginia, is awarded a $116,636,577 fixed-price-incentive, firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-fixed-fee, and cost-only modification to previously-awarded contract (N00024-25-C-6401) to exercise options for the production of MK 54 MOD 1 lightweight torpedo sonar assembly kits, fleet exercise section instrumentation sub system, and related test equipment, spares, engineering support and hardware support for the MK 54 Lightweight Torpedo Program. Work will be performed in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania (62%); Salt Lake City, Utah (20%); Andover, Massachusetts (14%); Bloomington, Indiana (2%); Manassas, Virginia (1%); and Port Orchard, Washington (1%), and is expected to be completed by April 2029. Fiscal 2025 weapons procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $94,024,718 (93%); fiscal 2024 weapons procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $4,654,328 (5%); and fiscal 2026 weapons procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $2,098,385 (2%), will be obligated at time of award and funds in the amount of $4,654,328 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Assurance Technology Corp.,* Carlisle, Massachusetts, is being awarded a $10,206,969 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for systems development, support and integration for software definable/reconfigurable systems. The contract includes options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $54,577,827. Work will be performed at the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory, Washington, D.C. The GNAL is a service to the Military Health System eligible beneficiaries and provides access to telehealth registered nurses for triage services, self-care advice, and general health inquiries 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
