NAVY

General Dynamics Mission Systems Inc., Manassas, Virginia, is awarded a $116,636,577 fixed-price-incentive, firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-fixed-fee, and cost-only modification to previously-awarded contract (N00024-25-C-6401) to exercise options for the production of MK 54 MOD 1 lightweight torpedo sonar assembly kits, fleet exercise section instrumentation sub system, and related test equipment, spares, engineering support and hardware support for the MK 54 Lightweight Torpedo Program. Work will be performed in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania (62%); Salt Lake City, Utah (20%); Andover, Massachusetts (14%); Bloomington, Indiana (2%); Manassas, Virginia (1%); and Port Orchard, Washington (1%), and is expected to be completed by April 2029. Fiscal 2025 weapons procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $94,024,718 (93%); fiscal 2024 weapons procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $4,654,328 (5%); and fiscal 2026 weapons procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $2,098,385 (2%), will be obligated at time of award and funds in the amount of $4,654,328 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Assurance Technology Corp.,* Carlisle, Massachusetts, is being awarded a $10,206,969 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for systems development, support and integration for software definable/reconfigurable systems. The contract includes options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $54,577,827. Work will be performed at the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory, Washington, D.C. (30%); and Carlisle, Massachusetts (70%), and is expected to be completed by June 2031. Fiscal 2026 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funding in the amount of $1,025,000 will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. DEFENSE HEALTH AGENCY

OptumHealth Care Solutions LLC, Eden Prairie, Minnesota, is awarded $25,325,484 for a firm-fixed-price bridge modification to a previously awarded contract (HT001125CE007) for Global Nurse Advice Line (GNAL) support services. The GNAL is a service to the Military Health System eligible beneficiaries and provides access to telehealth registered nurses for triage services, self-care advice, and general health inquiries 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance funds are obligated for contract modification HT001125CE007 P00003 to exercise and fully fund Option Two contract line items 2001-2006 for 6 months from June 18, 2026, through Dec. 17, 2026. The place of performance is Falls Church, Virginia. The Defense Health Agency, Professional Services Contracting Division, Falls Church, Virginia, is the contracting activity.

ARMY

B3 Enterprises LLC,* Daleville, Alabama, was awarded an $18,259,285 modification (P00035) to contract W9124G-19-C-0006 for refuel and defuel services. The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $115,612,603. Work will be performed in Fort Rucker, Alabama, with an estimated completion date of June 26, 2028. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance, Army funds in the amount of $6,053,095 were obligated at the time of the award. AIR FORCE

The Boeing Co., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, has been awarded a $17, 930,116 cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery, requirements contract for the integrated conventional stores management system line replaceable units. The contract provides repair services for the sustainment support including diminishing manufacturing sources and material shortages and provides material lay-in required to return assets to serviceable condition. Work will be performed in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and is expected to be completed by June 15, 2031. This contract was a sole-source acquisition.
