Seven Ascension St. Vincent hospitals across Indiana have been named among the nation's top medical facilities in the U.S. News & World Report 2026-2027 Best Hospitals ratings, securing multiple "High Performing" designations for surgical care, complex cardiology, maternity care, and rehabilitation.
The annual assessment evaluated nearly 4,500 medical centers nationwide across 14 adult specialties and 23 procedures and conditions. A rating of "High Performing" is the highest distinction a hospital can earn in the U.S. News Procedures & Conditions categories. Fewer than half of all evaluated facilities in the country earn the rating in any single category.
Among the state highlights, Ascension St. Vincent Evansville earned a statewide ranking of #7 for Rehabilitation services, alongside multiple clinical performance badges.
