America Recycles Day Event
Residents looking to declutter their home of unwanted electronics, clothing and textiles, and sensitive documents can bring them to the City's America Recycles Day event.
Offered largely as a drive-thru event, America Recycles Day takes place 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 15 in the AQMD parking lot, located at 21810 Copley Drive.
Different stations will be set up to collect household electronics, clothing and textiles such as household linens and bedding items, and documents for shredding. There will also be a City booth where staff will be providing recycling-related information and giveaways.
This event is open to only Diamond Bar residents, and proof of residency such as a driver's license or utility bill is required. Additionally, any of the stations may close early if capacity is reached.
