Drainage work to close part of Magnolia Grove Parkway

Mobile, Ala. - A portion of Magnolia Grove Parkway between Moffett Road and Lamplighter Drive will be closed beginning on Monday, June 1, for up to two weeks.
The closure will allow crews to perform needed drainage improvements on Magnolia Grove Parkway between the Grande at Magnolia Grove and the Courtyards at Magnolia Grove. Drivers and residents in the area will need to follow a detour while the work is being completed.
Residents in the Grande at Magnolia Grove, the Legends of Magnolia, and Magnolia Village neighborhoods will not have direct access to Moffett Road while the work is happening. Those residents must use Lamplighter Drive to Schillinger Road. Residents of Magnolia Grove will only have access to Moffett Road while work progresses. Golfers will need to take the detour from Schillinger Road to Lamplighter Drive to enter the golf course.
