COMPLAINT:

On March 25, 2026, NFA's Business Conduct Committee (BCC) issued a Complaint against Metanoeo Capital LLC (Metanoeo) and Jonathan D.... Schuler (Schuler), charging them with cheating, defrauding, deceiving or attempting to cheat, defraud or deceive customers, and willfully submitting false or misleading information to NFA or its agents.

DECISION:

On April 27, 2026, NFA's BCC issued a Decision, pursuant to Metanoeo and Schuler's settlement offer, and ordered Metanoeo to withdraw from and not reapply for NFA membership or principal status of an NFA Member at any time in the future. The BCC also ordered Schuler to withdraw from NFA associate membership and as a principal of Metanoeo, and not apply for NFA membership, reapply for NFA associate membership, or act or be listed as a principal of an NFA Member at any time in the future.
