Columbia Police respond to fatal crash on Forum Boulevard

(COLUMBIA, MO) -

At about 2:25 p.m. Aug. 22, Columbia Police responded to a two-vehicle, head-on collision in the 2900 block of Forum Boulevard.

The driver of one of the vehicles, a 46-year-old man from Columbia, was pronounced dead at the scene. The next of kin have been notified.

The driver of the other vehicle sustained serious injuries in the crash and was taken by ambulance to a local hospital. There were no passengers in either vehicle.
