At 2:50 PM, Troopers arrested Joseph Souza, age 60, of 75 Harley Street, Apartment A, West Warwick, Rhode Island for a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Review of Pay, on the original charge of Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor, originating out of the West Warwick Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Bald Hill Road in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police - Wickford Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released from custody.
