KnowBe4 Appoints Andrew Kanzer as Chief Growth Officer

FinTech veteran joins leadership team to accelerate growth, extend the channel and support the industry leader's next phase of innovation

KnowBe4, the global leader in digital workforce security, securing both AI agents and humans, today announced the appointment of Andrew Kanzer as chief growth officer. Reporting directly to chief executive officer, Bryan Palma, Kanzer will lead the organization's overarching global go-to-market strategy, commanding cross-functional alignment to accelerate sustainable market growth.

A seasoned systems thinker with a founder's instincts, Kanzer brings over two decades of experience in optimizing and scaling global software organizations. He has a proven track record of transforming traditional sales operations into highly agile, platform-selling engines and navigating complex market expansions.

Most recently, Kanzer served as managing director at Xero, the global cloud accounting platform. Prior to that, he led Intuit's Mid Market and Financial Services Sales organizations, and held the vice president global SMB and mid market sales position at PayPal.
