Farm to School Census Preparation Workbook and Tracker, and Survey

To support SFA directors and their Farm to School Census (Census) response teams, we have developed an Excel workbook, the 2027 Farm to School Census Workbook (.xlsx), designed to help track relevant information needed when the time comes to complete the Census starting on May 3, 2026.

This workbook is optional. However, if your team tracks local spending with the workbook throughout the year, you will be able to more quickly and seamlessly complete the survey for your SFA (.docx). There will be no need to drag out old velocity reports or procurement documents when the time comes to complete your survey; you will have the necessary information in one place ready to go.
