Patients and families in Cheboygan will benefit from expanded emergency care capabilities through the McLaren Northern Michigan Emergency Department Expansion and Renovation Project at the Cheboygan Campus. Citizens National Bank (CNB) is supporting the effort with a $35,000 contribution to help advance the project.
The commitment will be fulfilled over a five-year period, reflecting CNB's long-term investment in the health and well-being of the Cheboygan community.
"At CNB, we believe being a community partner means investing in the things that matter most to the people we serve," said Matthew Keene, President & CEO of CNB. "For 95 years, our commitment has extended beyond banking. As healthcare remains one of our primary community investment focuses, we are proud to support the Emergency Department Expansion and Renovation Project and the enhanced level of care it will provide for generations of Northern Michigan families."
Through expanded capacity, updated facilities, and enhanced resources, the project is designed to help meet the evolving healthcare needs of the region for years to come.
" CNB's generous commitment will help create a modern, welcoming Emergency Department where patients and families can receive exceptional, compassionate care when they need it most," said Julie Jarema, Vice President and Chief Philanthropy Officer of McLaren Northern Michigan Foundation. "We are deeply grateful for their investment in the health and well-being of the Cheboygan community."
