The investigation conducted to determine whether the undertakings operating in marine pilotage and towage services sector violated the Act No. 4054 on the Protection of Competition by means of bid rigging in application and tender processes related to pilotage and towage services and exchanging competitively sensitive information in labor markets has reached the hearing stage. The hearing will be held on September 22, 2026 at 10:30.

In accordance with the "Communiqué on Hearings Held before the Competition Board", complainants and third parties who want to attend the meeting to make a statement should apply to the Competition Authority together with a petition including the information and documents which show their interest in the subject matter of the meeting until the end of working hours on September 15, 2026.

Those who wish to sit in on the hearing will be able to follow the meeting online. To this end, the participation form should be filled in according to the instructions on the website of the Competition Authority, no later than half an hour before the meeting time.
