Here are some reminders and important dates for the upcoming 2025 General Election. Voters are encouraged to make a plan to participate by mail, drop box, or in person.

What's Next: General Election

• Ballots by Mail or Drop Box: General Election ballots will be sent out via USPS between October 5 and October 14, 2025.
  • If returning by mail, ballots must be postmarked by November 4, 2025, and received by November 7, 2025.
  • If returning by drop box, ballots must be deposited by 8:00 p.m. on November 4, 2025.
• Early In-Person Voting: Early voting will be held October 24-25, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Trinity Recreation Center, 6040 New Design Rd, Frederick, MD 21703.
• Election Day In-Person Voting: The General Election will take place Tuesday, November 4, 2025, from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Trinity Recreation Center, 6040 New Design Rd, Frederick, MD 21703.
