DGA Statement on Dr. Amy Acton Qualifying for the Ballot in Ohio

DGA Executive Director Meghan Meehan-Draper released the following statement on Dr. Amy Acton being the only Democrat to qualify for the ballot in Ohio's governor's race:

"Congratulations to Dr. Amy Acton for making the ballot in Ohio's governor's race. Dr. Acton has a proven record of protecting Ohio's kids and families, and is the only candidate in this race who Ohioans can trust to lower costs, invest in Ohio public schools, and protect fundamental freedoms. While Vivek Ramaswamy calls Medicaid and Medicaid 'mistakes' and pushes policies that would send costs soaring by as much as 20 percent, Dr. Acton will work tirelessly to make life better and more affordable for all Ohioans.
