Willkie advised Ekkio Capital, Montefiore Investment and the management of Paris Expérience Group (PEG), a leading provider of tourist hospitality services in Paris, on the sale of PEG to Groupe ADP.
On October 28, Ekkio Capital and Montefiore announced the sale of PEG to Groupe ADP, the operator of the three main Paris airports, an acquisition that enhances Groupe ADP's hospitality and retail brand. The transaction marks the investors' successful growth of PEG as a key player in the Paris tourism sector.
