Full Site and Roads Closure: Alder Top Village Subdivision

WRANGELL, AK - Beginning Tuesday, July 29^th, the Alder Top Village Subdivision site and roads will be fully closed to all traffic (vehicular and pedestrian). This closure is necessary for the subdivision utility and road surfacing project, which involves installing water, sewer, and electric utilities, as well as surfacing the road for the 1^st phase of the subdivision.

The project is expected to be completed, and the roads will be reopened by November 30, 2025.

During this significant renovation, the site will be inaccessible to the public from Mondays through Saturdays, allowing access to the site to view lot sale parcels on Sundays only. Please adhere to all posted signs. For your safety, and the safety of construction crews, please stay out of the construction zone.
