HARRISBURG-The Sportsmen Voter Registration Act, legislation that will ensure the availability of voter registration applications any time a hunting or fishing license is applied for, was introduced last week by Rep. David H. Rowe (R-Snyder/Union/Mifflin/Juniata), chairman of the House Republican Policy Committee.
