Madrid, February 6, 2025 - PFSTECH has taken a new strategic step in its international expansion and revenue diversification with the integration of ZIQY, a French company specializing in SaaS solutions for the circular economy. This acquisition strengthens PFSTECH's presence in the European market and expands its portfolio of services, particularly in the rental and asset management sector.
PFSTECH maintains its strategic focus on leading the market in proprietary solutions for the credit lifecycle in Europe and Latin America, with a presence across financial and non-financial sectors, including industrial, telecom, insurance, and retail, serving large corporations as well as medium and small businesses.
ZIQY: A Well-Established Platform in Europe
Headquartered in Paris with a team of 16 employees, ZIQY has successfully deployed its technology in over 1,800 points of sale across Europe. Among its major clients are Decathlon (operating in countries such as France, Spain, Morocco, Belgium, Switzerland, Austria and Portugal) and Norauto (operating in countries such as France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Austria and Germany), highlighting the versatility and capabilities of its platform.
ZIQY's solution is built around three core modules: Rental, Refurbishment, and Second-Hand Buy Back and Resale, covering all stages of the product lifecycle within the circular economy. Its system enables companies to easily set up their rental portal, both online and in physical stores, without the need for additional development.
Synergies with PFSTECH
Additionally, PFSTECH has the capability to complement ZIQY's offering with its own proprietary solutions, leveraging its extensive catalog of software tools and analytical decision models for credit processes. This combination will optimize loan origination, management, and debt recovery, offering customers a more comprehensive, high-performing solution that enhances ZIQY's service efficiency and results.
A Strategic Commitment to Sustainability and Growth
As Agustín Rodríguez, CEO of PFSTECH, explains, this integration aligns with the company's strategy of expanding its SaaS product portfolio, diversifying revenue streams, and strengthening its international presence:
"As we strengthen our presence in Europe, we incorporate solutions that complement our offering and reinforce our vision of a more sustainable future. This acquisition allows us to enter a growing segment, such as direct product rental at points of sale and asset management, positioning us as leaders in innovative solutions within the circular economy," says Rodríguez
Similarly, David Azoulay, CEO of ZIQY, highlights that the integration represents a major growth opportunity for the company:
"With PFSTECH's support, we can integrate new technologies and expand into new markets, allowing us to enhance our solutions and strengthen our customers' offerings," concludes Azoulay.
Next Steps in the Integration
Initially, ZIQY will continue operating independently while gradually integrating finance, communications, and other internal processes. Although the initial commercial strategy remains focused on France, PFSTECH will explore opportunities to introduce ZIQY's products in Spain and other key markets.
Growth and Future Outlook
In 2024, PFSTECH achieved a turnover of €45 million, representing a 50% growth. This success is partly due to the integration of four key companies in America and Europe (Buro365, AIS, Innova, and EMC Software Jurídico), which have been instrumental in its expansion.
With the incorporation of ZIQY, PFSTECH is officially entering the circular economy sector, opening up new growth opportunities. By 2025, the company aims to reach €65 million in revenue and €20 million in EBITDA, with a growth split of 60% organic and 40% inorganic.
