Dentons Durham Jones Pinegar Elects Three New Shareholders

Salt Lake City-Dentons Durham Jones Pinegar, a member of Dentons, the world's largest global law firm, announces the election of three new shareholders including Joel D. Beus in the Firm's Corporate practice and Jordan E. Martellaro and John Tipton in the Firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice, with Beus and Tipton in Lehi, Utah and Martellaro in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Joel D. Beus is a corporate attorney who represents early-stage companies with high-growth potential, including SaaS and product companies. He advises founders as they prepare to scale their business and raise funds through angel and venture capital investments. He also advises founders regarding equity incentive plans and drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, NDAs, and licensing agreements.

Jordan E. Martellaro is a litigation and employment and labor attorney with an extensive litigation practice which has allowed her to assist clients with a variety of legal issues, including business and contract disputes, employment disputes, and divorce-related disputes.

John Tipton is a litigation attorney who focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation. He represents businesses, property owners, developers, and individuals in Utah state and federal courts in construction, real estate, land use, business, and contract disputes.
