TTB to Participate in National Association of Licensing and Compliance Professionals Annual Conference

We will participate at the upcoming National Association of Licens ing and Compliance Professional s (NALCP) Annual Conference, to be held in Tempe, AZ, on October 7-8 .

On October 7, we will participate on a panel focusing on tied house and general trade practice s DOs and DON'Ts . We' ll also be available for a discussion of federal compliance issues and obligations at the TTB roundtable on both days of the conference.

Newly Effective Canadian Alcohol Import Restrictions

Under a Presidential Proclamation issued on September 8, 2026, certain alcoholic beverages that are products of Canada, as set forth in the Annex to the proclamation, are excluded from importation into the United States, effective September 29, 2026.

For any questions regarding the import ban established by the proclamation, please contact U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

Please note that TTB's processing of certificates of label approval and formulas for products of Canada remain unaffected.
