Mina Matin, Co-Head of US Insurance Disputes in the New York office, was invited by the American College of Coverage Counsel (ACCC) to join the organization as a Fellow.
The ACCC is an invitation-only organization that comprises more than 400 preeminent lawyers from the US, Canada and Bermuda. The organization's mission is to advance the adjudication of insurance coverage and extracontractual disputes, enhance the quality of insurance law practice and provide peer-reviewed scholarship.
Fellows are chosen through a rigorous vetting process and include many of the most prominent members of the insurance law bar. In this prestigious role, Mina will be involved in educating all sectors involved in the field of insurance law on cutting edge, emerging and critical issues.
Mina is a leading practitioner in insurance and reinsurance disputes and Bermuda Form arbitrations. She represents international insurers, reinsurers and captive insurance companies in litigation and arbitrations, particularly in the US, Bermuda and the UK.
