Otter Creek Road Closed at Otter Creek for Bridge Repairs on Catoosa Wildlife Management Area

CROSSVILLE, Tenn. --- Otter Creek Road on Catoosa Wildlife Management Area will be closed at Otter Creek for bridge repairs starting March 27, 2026. The closure will impact those planning to hunt in areas along Otter Creek Road and the Hawn Rodge area.

TWRA staff will be working to complete repairs as quickly as possible. The infrastructure inspected by Tennessee Department of Transportation found the culverts under the bridge in need of replacement. Bridges and roads are routinely inspected to ensure proper upkeep and public safety.

The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency is responsible for protecting, managing, and conserving fish and wildlife species for the benefit of Tennesseans and visitors. The Agency also maintains public safety through law enforcement and safety education on waterways.
