DALLAS - Dallas ISD Food and Child Nutrition Services will kick off its summer meals program with a community celebration from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., today, June 10, at Albert C. Black Jr. STEAM Academy. Families can enjoy free meals, games, music, food tastings, and giveaways while learning about the district's no-cost summer meal offerings. The event, held in partnership with United Way of Metropolitan Dallas, is designed to ensure students stay nourished and connected throughout the summer.

Hogg New Tech empowers students through performing arts
Delilah, a theater student at Hogg New Tech Center, takes pride in her role as Dory in "Finding Nemo" and is grateful for the part her school played in helping her pursue her dreams. Through hands-on opportunities and a supportive arts program, Delilah is developing her talents and gaining the confidence to take center stage both in the classroom and beyond.
