As women continue to gain prominence in the orthopedics field, platforms like Shoulder360 are empowering their voices.

At this year's event, our Director of Shoulder Commercialization, Jessie DeGrasse, joined a distinguished panel of surgeons and industry experts as a featured speaker in the inaugural Women in Shoulder Surgery session. Her speech spotlighted the growing impact of women in the field.

The session featured a powerhouse lineup of female surgeons and industry leaders exploring influential topics in the future of orthopedic care - navigating private versus academic practice, redefining partnerships in public and private companies and reimagining the role of partner versus customer. Passion, experience and a shared commitment to advancing the field fueled this rich discussion.
