New streaming options deliver more value and convenience to Cox customers
ATLANTA - January 15, 2026 - Cox Communications is excited to announce the rollout of Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) apps for Cox TV subscribers in qualifying tiers. Eligible apps include ESPN, FOX One, streaming video from CNN, and HBO Max, giving qualifying customers direct access to premium streaming content at no extra charge with their Cox TV subscription.
With this launch, Cox TV subscribers can stream live sports, news, entertainment, and more-all in one place. These apps represent up to $75/month in added value included with qualifying Cox TV tiers.
"Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. By including streaming services like ESPN Unlimited, FOX One, CNN, and HBO Max at no extra cost, we're making it easier than ever for them to enjoy the content they love without added hassle or expense," said John Hays, SVP Residential Marketing, Cox Communications.
Current Cox TV customers with eligible tiers have access now and can learn more through their Cox account portal. Additional resources are available at Cox.com/appshub.
Flexible TV Options for Every Customer
Cox's TV products make it easier for customers to watch what they love, how they want, and at a price that fits their budget. Cox offers traditional cable TV packages with comprehensive channel lineups and familiar viewing experiences. In addition, late last year Cox launched Cox TV Lite, a new streaming TV package designed for customers who want live entertainment and lifestyle channels at a lower cost.
