New York, NY - July 21, 2026 - The Durst Organization and The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey today announced that Mercor signed a lease at One World Trade Center for 25,550 square feet on the 77th floor. One World Trade Center is 97% leased and Mercor joins the growing community of AI companies at the building.

"One World Trade Center was built for forward-looking, cutting-edge companies looking for a world-class home in New York City. We look forward to welcoming Mercor to the building," said Jody Durst, President of The Durst Organization.

"One World Trade Center continues to attract the companies defining the next era of technology," said Jolene Yeats, World Trade Center director at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. "Few other destinations can offer the World Trade Center's combination of top-tier office space, seamless transit access, and a neighborhood rich in dining, culture, and the arts. Mercor is a natural fit at a campus that continues to grow more vibrant and dynamic every day."

Mercor's clients include some of the most prominent names in artificial intelligence.

"New York puts us close to some of the most important enterprises in the world, and to some of the highest caliber talent. One World Trade Center gives our team a home at the center of both," said Koby Twist, Special Initiatives Lead at Mercor.

Built by The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and The Durst Organization in a public-private partnership, One World Trade Center is the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere.
