Overnight road closure of South Sinclair Road at West Southampton Drive, June 23-24

(COLUMBIA, MO) - Beginning at 7 p.m. Tuesday, June 23, South Sinclair Road will close between West Southampton Drive and Muirfield Drive. The closure is necessary to install storm sewer pipes beneath South Sinclair Road as part of a private development project that includes construction of a roundabout.

Northbound traffic on South Sinclair Road will be detoured via Muirfield Drive. Southbound traffic on South Sinclair Road will remain open to West Southampton Drive, with barricades placed south of the intersection.

Electronic message boards and temporary traffic signs will be in place to guide motorists through the area. Sidewalks will be closed overnight in the work area.

The road is expected to reopen by 7 a.m. Wednesday, June 24.
