Jeremy Holloway elected to national Community Services board

The North Dakota Department of Commerce announced that Jeremy Holloway, Community Services Block Grant administrator with Community Services, has been elected to the National Association for State Community Services Programs (NASCSP) Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) Board of Directors.

Holloway will represent Region IV, which includes Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, Wisconsin and Wyoming.

In his role on the board, Holloway will help represent the interests and perspectives of Region IV states while contributing to national discussions surrounding CSBG and efforts to strengthen services and opportunities for individuals and families with low incomes.

"We are incredibly proud of Jeremy and this well-deserved recognition of his leadership and expertise," said Commerce Community Services Deputy Director Rikki Roehrich. "In this national role, Jeremy will represent North Dakota and the other states in Region IV while helping guide the strategic direction of the Community Services Block Grant. We look forward to the impact he will make both here in North Dakota and at the national level."

NASCSP represents state administrators of the Community Services Block Grant and Weatherization Assistance Program, supporting states in their work to address poverty, strengthen communities and improve outcomes for individuals and families.

Holloway serves as North Dakota's CSBG administrator within Community Services, working with community action agencies and partners across the state to support programs that address local needs and help individuals and families achieve greater economic stability.
