The City of Carrollton is aware of a technical outage affecting the vendor managing online credit and debit card payments for UCS customers, as well as Environmental Services and Developmental Services customers who use CityServe. The vendor is still unable to process credit or debit card payments, but the City is working diligently to transition to a provider that will be able to restore these services.
All payments made automatically through the bank, such as ACH autopay and Bill Pay features, are still working properly.
