David Weekley Homes Breaks Ground on Flying Horse North

Colorado Springs, CO (June 29, 2026): DDavid Weekley Homes, one of the nation's largest privately held home builders, recently broke ground on its first home, The Rubble, in Flying Horse North, a 1,500-acre master-planned golf course community in Colorado Springs.

Located in the Black Forest region of northern Colorado Springs, Flying Horse North features an 18-hole championship golf course designed by golf course architect Phil Smith.
