After take-off from the departure area in the company, at an altitude of approximately 10-30 meters, the pilot detected engine malfunction and experienced a loss of power. The pilot subsequently conducted an emergency landing on a grass area near the company. During the landing attempt, the rotor blades struck tall grass, resulting in a fire.
