Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development Regulatory Reform Plan

The Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development has developed a Regulatory Reform Plan to comply with the Governor's Administrative Order 360 (AO 360) to reduce unnecessary regulatory burdens while maintaining regulations that are essential to the health, safety, and well-being of Alaskans.

The DCCED Regulatory Reform Plan and Cover Sheet are available below under Attachments. Documents may be periodically updated and reposted here.
