Rep. Mike Cameron Named Vice Chairman of the House Agriculture and Consumer Affairs Subcommittee on Consumer Affairs

ATLANTA - State Representative Mike Cameron (R-Rossville) was recently named by State Representative Robert Dickey (R-Musella), chairman of the House Agriculture and Consumer Affairs Committee, to serve as vice chairman of the House Agriculture and Consumer Affairs Subcommittee on Consumer Affairs.

"I am deeply grateful to Chairman Dickey for appointing me as vice chairman of this important consumer affairs subcommittee," said Rep. Cameron. "I look forward to working closely with subcommittee chairman Representative Brent Cox and my fellow members to take a closer look at key issues affecting one of Georgia's leading economic sectors."

Representative Mike Cameron represents the citizens of District 1, which includes Dade County, as well as a portion of Walker County. He was first elected to the House of Representatives in 2020 and currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Human Relations & Aging Committee and as Secretary of the Interstate Cooperation Committee. He also serves on the Appropriations Subcommittee on Human Resources, Agriculture & Consumer Affairs, Industry and Labor and Rural Development committees
