ReMA Announces VALIS as the Official Women in Recycling Council Sponsor for 2026

(March 2, 2026 - Washington, D.C.) - The Recycled Materials Association (ReMA) announced today that VALIS will be the inaugural sponsor for ReMA's Women in Recycling Council from March 2026 through March 2027. VALIS, a leader in material analysis and software solutions for the recycled materials industry since 2022, will proudly support ReMA with this first-of-its-kind sponsorship.

"The recycled materials industry is strongest when we elevate diverse voices and provide a platform for excellence," said ReMA President Robin Wiener. "VALIS has been a vital part of the ReMA community since 2022, and it is fitting that they are our first official Women in Recycling Council sponsor. Women play an indispensable role in every facet of the recycled materials supply chain. We look forward to exploring the opportunities this sponsorship will provide."

As part of the 2026 Official Women in Recycling Council Sponsorship, the upcoming Women in Recycling Reception at ReMA2026 - The Show, will now be presented by VALIS. This title and branding of the reception, to be held at Border Grille at Mandalay Bay on Wednesday, April 15 from 5:30 to 6:30 PM, will be used throughout all official convention communications. This sponsorship represents ReMA and VALIS' commitments to increasing visibility of women in the recycled materials industry and highlighting opportunities.

Additionally, you'll find VALIS at the 2026 ReMA Roundtables, in Chicago where they will host and sponsor an additional reception presented by ReMA's Women in Recycling Council.

"Since first joining ReMA in 2022 the Women in Recycling Council has been an immeasurable source of mentorship, support, and inspiration," said VALIS Co-Founder and CEO Emily Molstad. "Having spent my entire career at the intersection of multiple traditionally male-dominated fields it is encouraging to be a part of an organization that prioritizes advancement opportunities for women. ReMA and WIR have played a core role in VALIS' growth; we're honored to be giving back and sponsoring upcoming events that bring together all voices in the industry."

VALIS is led by Emily Molstad. She is a recipient of the Forbes 30 under 30 list for Manufacturing and Industry and was selected by ReMA and Recycling Today as a 30 under 30 recycling professional.

ReMA2026 will be held April 13-16, 2026, in Las Vegas, Nevada. This event brings together more than 5,000 professionals representing every facet of the recycled materials industry in the world. More information can be found at https://www.rema2026.org/.
