Denny's Mobile Relief Diner to Serve Hot Meals to Residents Impacted by Central Texas Floods

In partnership with the Texas Restaurant Association, Denny's brings a comforting breakfast to Kerrville following flash floods.

KERRVILLE, TX (July 10, 2025) -
Denny's Mobile Relief Diner (MRD), a 53-foot mobile kitchen deployed to feed communities in need, will be in Kerrville, Texas beginning Monday, July 14. The MRD will be stationed for three days (through Wednesday, July 16) serving a hot breakfast to residents and first responders affected by the recent floods in Central Texas.

Denny's, in collaboration with the Texas Restaurant Association (TRA), will serve fluffy pancakes with butter and syrup, sausage links, hot coffee, and bottled water. Community members impacted by the floods, along with first responders, are encouraged to stop by and enjoy a warm meal and a moment of relief.

"The Texas Restaurant Association is honored to partner with the Denny's Mobile Relief Diner and a local Denny's franchisee to provide hot meals to our fellow Texans who have been impacted by the devastating July 4 floods," said Emily Williams Knight, Ed.D., president and CEO of the Texas Restaurant Association. "As the waters recede, we know many communities face a long road ahead. Our commitment is simple: to be present, to serve and to stand with our fellow Texans as they rebuild their lives, their businesses and their communities."
