Flood Infrastructure Fund (FIF) Lower Sabine Study Public Meeting #3

Notice is hereby given that the Sabine River Authority of Texas (SRATX) is hosting a third public meeting to inform the public of the Lower Sabine Flood Infrastructure Fund (FIF) project's progress and gather comments on the proposed mitigation solutions. The public meeting will be held from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Thursday, August 7th, 2025 at the Sabine River Authority's office in the main
conference room located at 12777 Highway 87 N, Orange, Texas, 77632.

AGENDA:
1. Discussion of the 16 proposed mitigation solutions modeled as a part of the FIF study.

PUBLIC COMMENTS:
Information on how to participate in the public meeting is detailed below:

IN PERSON:
At the public meeting held at SRA's main conference room located at 12777 Highway 87 N, Orange, Texas, 77632 on August 7, 2025 from 3:00pm to 5:00pm.Comments will be recorded and will be documented.

VIA E-MAIL: The Lower Sabine FIF engineering consultant team, Freese and Nichols, Inc., will collect comments via e-mail until August 15, 2025. E-mail comments should be provided to the study's Project Manager, Mat Leclair, PE, CFM, at [email protected]
