Too Lost welcomes GYRO.Group, Accelerating Its Global Expansion

Too Lost today announces a strategic partnership with GYRO.Group, Australia's leading independent music distribution and artist services company. The transaction marks Too Lost's first acquisition following the company's recent strategic investment led by GoldState Music and TA Associates.

The partnership strengthens Too Lost's international footprint across Australia, New Zealand, and the broader Asia-Pacific region. Together, Too Lost and GYRO.Group intend to make substantial long-term investments into the independent music ecosystem throughout the APAC region. Like Too Lost, GYRO.Group operates outside the major label system, with a business built exclusively on supporting independent artists and creators. The transaction significantly expands GYRO.Group's ability to invest in independent artist and DistroDirect partner advances, catalog acquisitions, and continued development of its technology and services platform.

Andy Irvine, Co-Founder and CEO of GYRO.Group, will continue leading GYRO.Group and will also assume the additional role of Head of APAC at Too Lost, overseeing regional growth initiatives and strategic expansion efforts.
