Orlando, FL (November 5, 2025): David Weekley Homes, one of the largest privately held national home builders, will soon being building new homes in three sections of the master-planned community of Palmeras at Crossprairie in St. Cloud.
Buyers can select from four townhome floor plans, six single-family floor plans situated on 34-foot homesites or seven single-family floor plans situated on 50-foot homesites. In Palmeras at Crossprairie, the homes will range from approximately 1,400 to 3,330 square feet of living space with three to five bedrooms, two to four baths, up to one half bath and two to three-car garages. Each section will feature a model home.
Residents in Palmers at Crossprairie will have access to a 3.5-acre area for amenities including a pool, cabana, playground, yoga lawn and dog park. Students within the community will attend The School District of Osceola County schools.
