Fitbit Air and the Google Health app make activity tracking seamless. You can start a workout from the app, follow along with a coach-recommended guided workout or simply get going and Fitbit Air will detect and track common activities automatically, sending you a recap of your workout. The automatic detection gets better over time and is personalized to you.
