Shore Medical Center Names Kevin Albright its March Employee of the Month

Shore Medical Center is proud to recognize Kevin Albright, Level II Service Desk Technician in the Information Technologies Department, as its March Employee of the Month.

Since joining Shore Medical Center in 2023, Albright has demonstrated a strong commitment to professional growth, integrity, and service excellence. In his role, he provides advanced technical support to both onsite and remote users, ensuring that clinical and administrative teams across the organization remain connected and supported.

Albright is responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining a wide range of technology, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and clinical audiovisual systems. He also plays an important role in supporting cybersecurity and compliance efforts, resolving complex technical issues, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the IT department.

Albright's impact was especially evident during the recent 5th Stainton nursing floor renovation, where he led the reinstallation of IT equipment with exceptional attention to detail, meeting Joint Commission standards for cable and power management and setting a new benchmark for the facility. Even while focused on this major project, he continued to support departments across campus, earning recognition for his flexibility and commitment.

Known for his collaborative approach and appreciation for his colleagues, Albright consistently fosters a positive and supportive work environment. His versatility and technical expertise make him a trusted resource for team members at every level of the organization.

A resident of Atlantic City, outside of work, Albright is a devoted husband, father, and son. He also serves as an Associate Pastor at Abundant Life Worship Center Church, where he leads the "Life in the City" Outreach Ministry, reflecting his deep commitment to serving his community.
