Public Notice of Replat in the Maypearl Hidden Hills Addition

The Ellis County Commissioners' Court will consider and act upon a plat application for Maypearl Hidden Hills, Lot 15R1, being a replat of Lot 15R, Maypearl Hidden Hills Addition, to reduce the side building line setbacks to ten (10) feet. The property contains ± 1.136 acres of land located south of the intersection of Sullivan Way and Mangrum Drive, located in the extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ) of the City of Maypearl, Road and Bridge Precinct No. 3. A copy of the replat request is shown below.

This replat will be presented before the Commissioners' Court on Tuesday, December 9th, 2025, at 2:00 PM on the second floor of the historic Ellis County Courthouse, 101 West Main Street, Waxahachie, TX. 75165.
