Sidewalk repairs scheduled from July 7 to 22

Sidewalk repair work is underway at several locations in Grande Prairie.

Work is taking place from Tuesday, July 7 to Wednesday, July 22 at the following locations:

• 96 Avenue between 92 Street and 93 Street
• 92B Street between 95 Avenue and 96 Avenue
• 100 Street service road between 108 Avenue and 109 Avenue
• 109 Avenue from 99 Street to 100 Street

Lane and sidewalk closures may be in place while work is active, with more significant impacts expected near 96 Avenue and 109 Avenue.

Sidewalk closed signs will be placed in advance where possible to help pedestrians, including people using mobility aids, avoid active construction areas and plan alternate routes.

Drivers and pedestrians are reminded to follow posted signage, use caution around work areas and give crews room to work safely.
