The National Productivity Organization (NPO) of the Islamic Republic of Iran (I.R. Iran) has achieved an "Excellent" rating in the 12th round of the National Evaluation of Electronic Service Quality while also contributing to the development of a key regulation designed to strengthen productivity measurement in public services.

The NPO of I.R. Iran ranked 26th out of 166 participating public sector organizations in the national evaluation. It received ratings of "Excellent" in transparency, user-centered government, and participatory government and a rating of "Good" in integrated government. Notably, the organization improved its position by five places compared with the previous evaluation for the quality of its electronic service delivery.

Moreover, thanks to the efforts of the NPO of I.R. Iran and its technical contributions, the Productivity Measurement Regulation for Key Government Services has been officially issued to I.R. Iran's public sector organizations by the Head of the Administrative and Recruitment Affairs Organization of I.R. Iran. Part of the implementation of the Seventh National Development Plan, this regulation aims to establish an integrated framework for measuring the efficiency and effectiveness of key government services.
